Important warning for all clients

Dear Clients,

We have repeatedly warned against making payments from unknown individuals or entities within Japan that are not part of the official payment channels. Unfortunately, some clients continue to disregard this restriction.

Please be reminded:

All vehicles are exported abroad, and as per regulations, payment must also come from outside Japan.

From this point forward, such payments:

Will not be credited to client balances;

Will not be refunded unless processed through an official bank request;

Phone calls, requests, or explanations from third parties (including local residents in Japan) will not be considered valid grounds for refund.

Refunds will only be processed upon request from the remitting bank through the standard procedure.

We only accept payments via SWIFT transfers made directly from an overseas bank.

Please take this matter seriously.

We are obligated to comply with international settlement regulations, banking oversight rules, and export laws.
